CenterMark Development is pleased to announce the opening of Checker’s Drive-In Restaurants, Inc. (dba Rally’s) at Garrett Square in Cleveland.  Rally’s is prominently located at the entrance to the shopping center and adds a restaurant component to the grocery, apparel, banking, and auto parts tenant mix.  Garrett Square was a vacant 65,000 SF ‘big box’ store when CenterMark acquired it in 2011.  It was re-born in 2012 and now features a range of well-known national tenants.
