$13.4 Million Final Phase of Village Green to Commence

Centermark Development’s redevelopment of the former Greenlite Shopping Center property at 18235 Euclid Avenue in Cleveland will soon enter its final phase.  Centermark purchased the shopping center, now known as Village Green Shopping Center, and reduced the 68,000 SF building by 21,000 SF, creating 5 acres designated for residential development.  In working with NRP Group of Cleveland, a 50-unit senior housing project was constructed.  An additional phase to include 76 additional units will soon break ground.  For more, see the Cleveland Plain Dealer feature in the following link:
