In 2021, Centermark Development formed a joint-venture with Anchor Retail to provide third-party property management services. In less than two years, Anchor Retail Property Management grew its properties under management to over 2 million square feet.
Anchor Retail Property Management offers full service and customized Property Management services to retail property owners and lenders for receiverships. We administer all duties and responsibilities of day-to-day operations of the property, including accounting, tenant relations, maintenance and repair. We assist in the preparation of the annual budget, monthly reporting, and financial performance of the property.
