New Philadelphia Square

This two unit shopping center was constructed on an outparcel to the New Towne Mall in New Philadelphia, Ohio.  The center’s visibility from the highway and traffic counts proved attractive to Aspen Dental, who made it their first store in Tuscarawas County, despite numerous competing locations.
