Kinsman

This 9,000 square foot building was constructed on 2/3 of an acre within this heavily traveled commercial corridor on Cleveland’s southeast side.  The location, adjacent to the Save A Lot grocery store proved an ideal for Family Dollar and brought much-needed complementary products to the neighborhood.  Despite the small site size, the layout resulted in maximum visibility for the tenant, ample and convenient parking for the customers, and still allowed for efficient deliveries.
