Free Standing Dollar Tree

Despite being given a finite area to identify a suitable location on a largely, built-out commercial corridor, CenterMark, in working with the local council person, was able to assemble the needed parcels to situate a 10,000 square foot, free-standing Dollar Tree store.  CenterMark was able to marry the community’s design preferences with the retailer’s requirements.  The location, between McDonalds, Walgreens, and Save A Lot, proved to be ideal.  The Broadway Dollar Tree was the first free-standing Dollar Tree within the City of Cleveland.
