CenterMark Nominated for Developer of the Year
On April 28, 2015, Cleveland’s community development industry will gather at the Victory Center, 7012 Euclid Avenue, to recognize the accomplishments of its colleagues and organizations with seven awards during the first annual Vibrant City Awards luncheon. Event host Cleveland Neighborhood Progress will present the inaugural Morton L. Mandel Leadership in Community Development Award along with six other awards recognizing an array of community development efforts.

Nomination Brief:
- Mark Jablonski, CenterMark Development - With a focus on the Garrett Square neighborhood, Mark Jablonski redeveloped the former TOPS Store at Lakeview and Superior and made it a neighborhood asset, bringing in new retail that employs local residents. He also acquired several neighboring abandoned and foreclosed properties, adding to the site and helping to establish the corner as a neighborhood center.
