CenterMark Introduces First Free-Standing DEAL$ Store in Cleveland

CenterMark’s president, Mark Jablonski, joined Cleveland City Councilman Jeff Johnson, Cuyahoga County Councilwoman Yvonne Conwell, and other civic and community leaders to celebrate the grand opening of the first, free-standing DEALS$ store in Cleveland. CenterMark purchased a long-vacant grocery store at 656 E. 105th Street on October 21, 2011. Despite needing significant rehabilitation, CenterMark and DEAL$ completed the necessary work and the store opened in less than 7 months. 30 new jobs were created. Construction was performed by HCI, Inc. and financing was provided by Parkview Federal Savings Bank.
