25% Rise in Occupancy at Village Green Shopping Center
During the 3rd quarter of 2009, Village Green Shopping Center’s occupancy rose from 69.1% to 94.5% due to two recent lease signings.
Dollar Paradise, a local discounter with three stores in Cleveland, opened in the 11,000 square foot junior anchor space, once home to Woolworth’s. The company offers a wide range of goods all priced at $1.25.
Famicos Foundation, a community development corporation, opened a satellite office at the request of Cleveland city councilman Eugene Miller. The non-profit has been charged with expanding its efforts to provide affordable housing and integrated social services throughout Ward 10 of the City of Cleveland.
