The Ohio & Indiana Chapter of the Volunteers of America selected CenterMark to serve as its Owner’s Representative to develop a multifamily project dedicated to female Veterans.  The project is located in Cleveland’s hottest markets, Ward 9, which includes University Circle, Circle North, and Glenville.  The project breaks ground in March 2020.

The community development corporation arm of the MetroHealth hospital system selected CenterMark to redevelop a prominent commercial building in another of Cleveland’s top neighborhoods, Ohio City.  Serving as the non-profit’s ‘Fee Developer,’ CenterMark is overseeing the conversion of the building for a dental practice to serve the area residents.

CenterMark continued to serve Dollar Tree as its ‘Preferred Developer’ in Northeast Ohio and will be announcing new ground-breakings early in 2020.  Centermark has served as the company’s developer of choice in the region since 2012.

Finally, in partnership with Chatham Communities, CenterMark secured a prominent extended-stay hotel to anchor its Front & Main, mixed-use commercial project in the west-side Cleveland suburb of Berea.  The 11-acre project is located within a mile of Cleveland Hopkins International Airport and is aimed at serving the local institutions including the Cleveland Browns and Baldwin Wallace University, area businesses, and residents of this strong bedroom community.  The partnership was selected by the City over several competing development teams.

2020 is proving to be an other brisk year!
